About this product
Intake is the jacket to leave in the bottom of your daypack from May to September. It weighs 290g in size M and packs into its own chest pocket, about the size of a large apple. The 2.5-layer Weatherline fabric is rated to 10,000mm, enough for a few hours of showers on the Dales limestone.
The hood rolls into the collar and the cuffs are half elasticated, so there is little to adjust. It's cut close enough for a T-shirt and a thin fleece. Rip it on a stile and we'll repair it, for as long as you own it.
- Packs into its zipped chest pocket
- Hood rolls away into the collar
- Half-elastic cuffs and a single hem drawcord
- Recycled nylon face with a PFAS-free water-repellent finish
- Fully taped seams

Sleeves on the short side
Good little jacket and it packs down tiny. I've got long arms and the cuffs ride up when I'm using poles. Might try a large next time.

Does the job for the price
Bought it for my husband for Peak District evenings. Fine in showers. After four hours of steady rain on Kinder his shoulders were damp under the pack straps, which seems fair for a jacket this light.

Lives in my daypack
Had it two summers now and it goes in the pack every time. I forget it's there until I need it. Kept me dry up Ingleborough in a heavy shower and had dried out by the time I got back to the car.
