Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this website, however they browse. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and this statement sets out where we fall short.
What you should be able to do
- Change colours, contrast and text size using your browser or device settings.
- Zoom in up to 400% and read pages in a single column without scrolling sideways.
- Move around the site using only a keyboard, with a visible outline showing where you are.
- Use the "Skip to content" link at the top of every page to jump past the menus.
- Use most of the site with a screen reader, including finding a product, choosing a size, using the basket and checkout, and managing your account.
- Make your cookie choice using a keyboard, and change it later from the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page.
How we test the site
We test the site in four ways:
- Keyboard: we work through pages using only a keyboard, checking that every link, button and form field can be reached in a sensible order and that focus is always visible.
- Screen readers: we spot-check the main tasks, such as finding a product, choosing a size, checking out and signing in, with a screen reader.
- Automated checks: we run automated accessibility checks on each type of page.
- Colour contrast: we check text and controls against the WCAG AA ratios, which are 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text and the edges of buttons and form fields.
Problems we know about
We know about the following problems and are working on them.
Product photographs
The alt text on product photographs was generated with the photographs, so it may miss details such as a colour or a pocket. The product name, description and specifications beside each photograph give the full details (WCAG 2.2 success criterion 1.1.1, non-text content).
The store finder map
The map on our stores page can't yet be fully used with a keyboard (success criterion 2.1.1, keyboard). The list beside the map shows the same shops and works with a keyboard and a screen reader, so use the list to find a shop.
Documents on the investor pages
Some PDF documents on our investor pages may not be fully accessible. They may not be tagged for screen readers, or may read in the wrong order (success criterion 1.3.1, info and relationships). If you need a document in another format, contact us.
The annual report PDF
The PDF of the Annual Report and Accounts 2026 is the print document, laid out in pages and columns for reading on paper. The same report is published as web pages, which are easier to read with a screen reader or on a phone.

This is a demo. The phone number above comes from a range Ofcom keeps for use in drama, so calls will not connect, and the address is invented. To find out who made this site, see About this demo.
