About this product

The women's Onding uses the same Stormcairn 3L Pro fabric as the men's, with 80-denier reinforcement where pack straps and rock wear a jacket out. It's rated to 28,000mm, breathes at 30,000g/m²/24h and weighs 450g in a size 12.

It's cut with a longer back and a shaped waist that still clears a harness. The hood fits over a helmet, and the two-way zip opens from the bottom for clipping in. Cairnhope tests every Pro jacket for a full winter in the Cairngorms before it goes on sale.

Worth the price for winter
First winter jacket I've had that fits me and a harness. Wore it on Creag Meagaidh in a storm and it shed everything. The black shows salt marks from sweat, but they wash out.
