About this product

Northwold's women's Rime gilet carries 70g of 800-fill goose down and weighs 190g in a size 12. It packs into its own inside pocket, small enough for the lid of a daypack.

The cut is shaped at the waist with a slightly longer back, and the armholes are bound with soft elastic. Wear it on cold mornings over a base layer, or under a waterproof when the wind gets up. The 10-denier shell has a PFAS-free finish.

Materials

Shell and lining 100% recycled nylon with a PFAS-free water-repellent finish. Fill 90% goose down, 10% feather, 800 FP.

Care

Wash at 30°C with a down cleaner. Tumble dry low with two clean tennis balls until the down is fully dry and lofted.

Warm, armholes big
Really warm for its size. The armholes are cut quite low, so a bit of a draught gets in on windy days. Lovely colour.
