About this product

In the Dales a foss is a waterfall, and this is our summer boot for walks where your feet will get wet. There is no membrane: the upper is open mesh with suede where it takes knocks, so your feet stay cooler on a July day on the South West Coast Path.

In our tests on the upper Dart, a pair soaked in a ford felt only damp after 40 minutes of walking. It weighs 940g a pair and uses the same Tor Grip sole as the Carr.

    Cool feet on the coast path

    Walked from West Bay to Golden Cap and back in these on a warm day. Feet stayed cool and they dried out quickly after I misjudged a stream. The tongue moves about a bit.
