About this product

Wayfell cut the women's Coledale on its own last, with a narrower heel and a lower cuff, and used 2.6mm leather to save weight. It is stitched to the midsole with a Norwegian welt, so a cobbler can resole it several times over its life.

A pair weighs 1,480g in a UK 5. There's no membrane: waxed leather and a leather lining keep your feet dry on wet grass and cooler on warm days.

Bought to last
I wanted boots I wouldn't need to replace. They took a few weeks to soften, but now they're great in the Connemara bogs as long as I keep them waxed.
