About this product

Most of the women who buy the Carr tell us they wanted something lighter than a leather boot but drier than a trail shoe. In a UK 5 the pair weighs 870g, and the soft EVA midsole means there's no breaking in.

The women's last is narrower at the heel and lower over the instep. With 3.5mm lugs and a soft midsole, it is happiest on forest trails and the gentler Dales walks; for rocky ground, try the Dene.

Comfy straight away
Wore them up to the Cow and Calf the day I bought them and no rubbing at all. Light enough that I don't notice them by the end of the day.
