About this product

Tarnside build the women's Scoat on a shorter frame for 40 to 52cm backs, with a pivoting hip belt cut for women's hips and a narrower yoke. It holds 65 litres and carries 20kg, enough for a winter weekend or a week in summer.

The lid, side zip, sleeping bag compartment and rain cover match the men's pack. If you are between sizes, try both in store with weight in them; our fitters keep 10kg bags for that.

Comfortable, fiddly lid straps
Did the Kerry Way with it and loved how the hip belt moves with you. The straps that hold the lid down are fiddly with gloves on.
