About this product

Worn like a waistcoat, the Wagtail spreads the load across your chest and shoulders, so it hardly moves on a fast descent. Twelve litres takes full waterproofs, a hat, gloves, food, map and compass, which is the usual kit list for a fell race.

Two 500ml soft flasks come with it and ride in the chest pockets. Two sliding sternum straps close the front. Choose S/M for a chest of 81 to 97cm or M/L for 94 to 112cm.

Care

Hand wash in lukewarm water and air dry. Rinse the flasks after each use and dry them open.

No bounce at all
Used it on the Ring of Steall and a couple of local fell races. It doesn't bounce, even with full kit. The flasks are fiddly to push back into the pockets when they're half full.
