About this product

New for spring 2027. The Whimbrel uses a loose, lofty knit with gaps you can see light through. Warm air stays in the fibres and sweat passes straight out. On a cold, damp day on the Glyderau you can climb in it under a shell without stopping to change layers.

The knit is more delicate than a grid fleece and is meant to go under a shell or windproof. Full zip, two mesh-backed hand pockets, and 190g in size M.

Warm on the move
Took it up Tryfan in a cold wind under my shell and didn't stop to change once. It does catch on velcro, so watch your cuffs.
