About this product
Twite trousers weigh 130g in size M and roll up to the size of a drinks can. They're made from the same 2.5-layer Updraft fabric as the Twite jacket, rated to 20,000mm and breathing at 25,000g/m²/24h, with a PFAS-free finish on 10-denier recycled nylon.
The waist is a simple elastic band with a cord, and 20cm ankle zips let you pull them on over trail shoes and light boots. There are no pockets. The thin fabric needs a bit of care on rough ground and when you kneel on rock.

Machine wash at 30°C with a technical cleaner. Tumble dry low to refresh the water-repellent finish.

Ripped on a fence
Waterproof and very light, but I caught them on barbed wire near Marsden and tore a 3cm hole. The shop repaired it, but the fabric is thin. Fine if you're careful.

Light as anything
Carried them the length of the Dales High Way and wore them on three days. Dry, and I hardly noticed them in the pack. The ankle zips are short, so it's boots off to put them on.
