About this product

Dotterel is new for Spring Summer 2027 and made to stay on. Its 80g/m² Driftfill insulation is a loose, open synthetic that lets warm air escape through a stretch nylon shell, so you can wear it climbing out of Glen Feshie in March without soaking your base layer.

The fitted hood goes under a helmet or a shell hood. Thumb loops hold the cuffs down, and there's one chest pocket. It weighs 300g in size M and has a PFAS-free finish.

Kept it on all day
Tested it for the Trail Panel on a cold, windy day in Glen Feshie. I wore it from the car to the top of Carn Ban Mor without overheating, which no insulated jacket has done for me before. The fit is close.
