About this product

The Flit weighs 68g and folds small enough to sit inside a 750ml pot with a 100g gas canister. Three serrated arms hold pans from 8cm to 20cm across, and the wire valve handle folds flat against the body for packing.

There is no piezo igniter, so carry a lighter. The burner head sits low inside a short collar that keeps a crosswind off the flame. On Trail Panel wild camps in Eryri it boiled a litre in under four minutes at 5°C.

    Great stove, fiddly valve

Light and fast. The wire valve handle is small to turn with gloves on and I caught a knuckle on the hot pot doing it. Would still buy it again.

    Quick brew at Loch Etchachan

Boiled water for two coffees in a stiff breeze with my pack as a windbreak. The arms look thin but they've held a full 1.3 litre pan without a wobble.

    Lives in my pot

Mine has done about forty nights now, mostly in Eryri. It sits inside my pot with a small canister and I forget it's there until tea time. Bring a lighter, obviously.
