Hazel Canister Stove

About this product

Peat & Pine's Hazel is the stove we suggest to first-time campers. It screws onto any standard screw-thread canister and lights with a push of the piezo button. Folded, it fits in a plastic case the size of a large egg.

At 92g it is heavier than a lightweight stove, and the flame suffers in strong wind, so build a windbreak from rocks or your pack. It boiled a litre in about four minutes in still air in our tests.

• Piezo ignition, no lighter needed
• Four folding pan supports take pans up to 22cm
• Hard plastic case protects it in a pack
• 2.8kW output boils a litre in about 4 minutes
