About this product

Our best-selling two-person tent has a door and porch on each side, so nobody climbs over anyone at 3am. At 1.48kg it splits easily between two packs: one carries the fly and pole, the other the inner and pegs.

It uses the same hubbed pole as the Dunlin 1, with a short ridge pole that widens the head end to 132cm. Two people of average height fit with room for a jacket and a book. Club members get free repairs on it, and pole sections are kept at every repair bench.

  • Two side doors, each with its own 0.8m² porch
  • Hubbed pole plus a short ridge pole for headroom at both ends
  • Fly and inner pitch together, or the fly alone in a storm
  • Flysheet with a PFAS-free water-repellent finish
  • Two mesh pockets and a loop for a head torch

    Second one in the family

My brother has the older version and still uses it. Ours went to Edale and back three times this summer with no problems at all.

Great tent, pegs could be better

Pitches fast and the weight is spot on. The supplied pegs bent on stony ground below Tryfan, so budget for a set of stronger ones.

Two doors make all the difference

We did the Cumbria Way over five nights with this. Having our own door each meant no elbows in faces. It kept us dry through a whole night of rain above Langstrath.
