About this product
Rime uses 150g of 800-fill goose down, the highest fill power Northwold makes, in a 10-denier recycled nylon shell. The whole jacket weighs 395g in size M and packs into a stuff sack about the size of a 1-litre flask.
The hood is insulated and adjusts with a single cord at the back, and the baffles are stitched through, 7cm apart, to save weight. It's warm enough for winter belays and camp evenings in the Cairngorms. The thin face fabric is the trade-off, so keep it away from stove flames and hook-and-loop tabs.

Materials
Shell and lining 100% recycled nylon with a PFAS-free water-repellent finish. Fill 90% goose down, 10% feather, 800 FP.
Care
Wash at 30°C with a down cleaner. Tumble dry low with two clean tennis balls until the down is fully dry and lofted.

Belay jacket at half the weight
I use it on winter climbing days, over my shell at belays. Very warm for how small it packs. The hood fits over a helmet, just.

Warm, delicate shell
Very warm on a January camp in the Dales. I burnt a small hole in the sleeve on the stove within a week, which is my own fault, but the fabric is thin. Fixed it with a patch.
