About this product
Our fitters put a Support Insole into more new boots than any other. It has a firm nylon arch shell and an 18mm heel cup that holds the fat pad under your heel, so the foot sits square and rolls in less on long descents.
It comes in four sizes and trims to fit. Give your feet a week or two of shorter walks to get used to the arch before a walking holiday.

Good but took up room
Very supportive. They're thicker than the insoles that came with my boots, so I needed my boots half a size bigger as well.

Knees much happier
The fitter suggested these when I bought new boots. My knees used to ache coming down off the fells and now they don't. Took a few walks to get used to them.
