About this product

Most of our customers who backpack in Britain would pick this bag for March to October. It has 450g of 750 fill power duck down in box-wall baffles, so the down cannot shift and leave cold spots across your chest.

There is a full-length left zip with a down-filled draught tube behind it, and a neck baffle you tighten from inside. At 820g it is light enough for the Coast to Coast and warm enough for a frost in the Brecon Beacons.

  • 450g of 750 fill power duck down in box-wall baffles
  • Full-length left zip with a down draught tube
  • Neck baffle with a one-hand drawcord
  • PFAS-free water repellent on the down, for damp tents
  • Zipped inside pocket for a phone or batteries

    Lovely, a bit snug

Very warm and well made. I sleep on my side with my knees up and it's narrow around the knees for that. Mine is the Ember, which is more brick than the bright red I expected.

    Worth saving for

Replaced a synthetic bag that weighed twice as much. Packs into the bottom of my 40-litre pack with room to spare.

    Warm at minus three

Camped above Ladybower in April and the car said -3°C in the morning. I slept in a base layer and was fine. The draught tube on the zip does its job.
