About this product

Swift's Ouzel weighs 980g in M/L and carries up to 13kg on a light aluminium perimeter frame. That covers two nights on the Southern Upland Way with a 1kg tent, a down bag and a canister stove.

It closes with a roll top under a removable lid, and the back length adjusts by 6cm on a hook-and-loop yoke. The side pockets are angled so you can reach a bottle while walking. Our Trail Panel carried the samples through summer 2026 before we signed it off.

    Under a kilo and comfortable

Carried about 11kg for two nights on the Southern Upland Way in September. I could reach the side pockets without stopping, which my last pack never managed.
