About this product
Treadle is Heddle's new summer sock, cut at the ankle to sit just above a trail shoe collar. It's mostly recycled polyester with 20% merino, which dries faster than full merino and still keeps smells down.
A tab at the back stops the shoe rubbing your Achilles, and a mesh panel over the instep lets heat out. The cushioning is thin and only under the forefoot.

Cool on the coast path
Wore them with trail shoes on a hot day from Charmouth to Seatown. Feet didn't overheat and the heel tab stopped my shoes rubbing.
