About this product

Blisters come from friction, and a liner moves the rubbing from your skin to the gap between two socks. Shuttle is a fine 80% merino knit, about a millimetre thick, that sits under any Heddle walking sock.

It comes in a twin pack, because most people on a multi-day walk wash one pair each evening. You can also wear one pair on its own in a sleeping bag on cold nights.

No more heel blisters
I always got blisters on the backs of my heels on long walks. Wore these under my usual socks for the Dales Way and didn't get a single one.
