About this product

Over a base layer, a windproof stops the wind that makes a summer ridge feel cold. Sett weighs 140g in a size 12 and packs into its own chest pocket.

Hale's Windline ripstop is woven tightly enough to be windproof while still breathing on a climb. The finish is PFAS-free and copes with a few drops of rain. The hood is low profile, and the hem and cuffs are elasticated.

Coast path winds
The wind on Golden Cap can be brutal even in July. This goes on over a T-shirt and I'm comfortable straight away. Packs tiny.
