About this product
A thick 300g/m² fleece for the coldest walking days and for camping in early spring. The hood is cut close so it does not flap in the wind, and it sits under a waterproof hood without bunching.
Pack straps wear out fleece fast. We cover the shoulders and hips with a smooth, harder face fabric to slow that down. Thumb loops keep the sleeves over your hands on a raw day crossing the Kinder plateau, and the body is shaped with a little extra length at the back.

Wish I'd bought it years ago
Warm enough on its own for winter dog walks round Derwentwater. The hood stays put when it's windy.

Lovely, but warm for climbing
I overheat in it going up Cadair Idris, so it goes in the pack until the top. Great on the summit and in the evenings.
