About this product
The Heft is for daily walkers: the dog twice a day, the fields to work and back. It is 2mm full-grain leather with a Weatherline membrane, and the leather takes a week or so of wear to soften.
The Tor Grip sole has 4mm lugs and a stepped heel that bites on wet grass. A pair weighs 920g in a UK 8, and a coat of wax brings the leather back after a muddy week.

Materials

Care
Wipe off mud with a damp cloth and let the leather dry naturally. Wax every few weeks if you wear them daily.

Tough and dry
I walk the dog up the lanes under the Sugar Loaf twice a day and these have lasted far better than my last mesh pair. Took a week to stop rubbing my little toe.
