About this product

Rigg is for children who walk all day: school expedition groups, youth groups and families heading up Helvellyn. The Weatherline 3L shell is rated 20,000mm with 15,000g/m²/24h breathability for long climbs, on a recycled nylon face with a PFAS-free finish.

One toggle at the back adjusts the hood, which has a wired peak. The pockets sit high enough to use with a hip belt done up. It uses Hale's standard zips and toggles, which every one of our repair benches stocks.

Dry in Glen Nevis
My 12-year-old wore it on a wet day out to Steall Falls and back. Dry inside, and he liked that the pockets work with his pack on.
