About this product

Hogg overtrousers match the jacket: Weatherline 2.5L with a recycled nylon face, rated 10,000mm and taped at every seam. The 20cm ankle zips open wide enough to pull them on over boots without sitting down in the mud.

Knees and seat have a tougher double layer for sliding down banks and sitting on wet rocks at lunch. The soft elastic waist has an internal adjuster and no buckles to fiddle with.

  1. 5 out of 5

    Kneel-proof

My son spends half of every walk on his knees looking at things in streams. Two winters on, the knees are still dry.

  2. 4 out of 5

    Good, bit long

Dry and tough. The legs are long on my daughter so the hems drag in the mud, but she'll grow into them.

    Craig, Peebles · 26 October 2025 · Age 5-6
