About this product
Drove roads carried cattle over the hills in all weathers, and the Drove is Rakefoot's trouser for the worst of it. A double-weave softshell blocks most of the wind and has a brushed inside, with enough stretch for kicking steps in snow.
Reinforced inside ankles take crampon scuffs, and each hem has a lace hook and a short zip so it fits over winter boots. Zipped thigh vents let heat out on long climbs. The softshell has a PFAS-free finish.

Winter workhorse
Two winters on the Mamores and in Glen Coe. Windproof enough that I rarely put overtrousers on unless it's actually raining.
