About this product

Rakefoot have made walking trousers in Cumbria since the 1990s, and the Causey is the pair most of their customers start with. The fabric is a tightly woven polyamide with a little stretch, and the seat and knees are double layered where rock and stiles wear trousers through.

There is a zipped thigh pocket and a flapped cargo pocket, and a flat webbing belt comes with them. They are made in short, regular and long legs.

    Tough as old boots

    Fourth year of wearing these for walking and dry stone walling. The knees are only just showing wear.
