About this product
If someone is hurt on the hill and you have to wait for help, getting them into this bag and off the wet ground is one of the most useful things you can do. It is 200 x 90cm, in 125-micron polythene that is hard to split on heather or rock.
The orange shows up from the air. A card in the packet explains the distress signal and how to call 999, ask for the police and then mountain rescue. It weighs 270g and folds to the size of a paperback.

Does what it says
Lives in my pack and I hope I never use it. Bulkier than a foil blanket, but much tougher.

Kept her warm until help came
A walker in our group twisted an ankle on Meall a' Bhuachaille. The bag kept her warm and dry for the hour before the team arrived. Everyone should carry one.
