These are the poles we sell most, and the pair our hire counters lend out. They are 7075 aluminium in three sections, adjust from 100 to 135cm, and lock with metal levers that you can tighten with your fingers.

The foam grip runs 10cm down the shaft, so you can hold lower on a steep climb without stopping to shorten them. Tips are tungsten carbide with rubber covers for roads. Each pole weighs 255g, and every repair bench keeps replacement sections.
