About this product
Families who walk most weekends tend to pick the Bowscale. It carries up to 22kg in total, with children up to 18kg, on an aluminium frame with Tarnside's suspended mesh back, so the parent stays cooler on long climbs.
Children get padded stirrups to rest their feet, a removable drool pad and a seat that adjusts in height. There is 22 litres of storage below, two hip belt pockets, a sunshade and a rain cover.
- Suspended mesh back for the adult
- Stirrups and seat height adjust as children grow
- 22-litre lower compartment
- Removable, washable drool pad
- Comes with a sunshade and rain cover

Very comfortable, heavy
Carried our son up Latrigg and round Castlerigg without my back getting sweaty. Over 3kg empty though, and you notice it.
