About this product
Most first aid on a walk is blisters. This kit has hydrocolloid plasters in two sizes, foam ring pads, a roll of zinc oxide tape, alcohol wipes, small scissors to cut the tape, and tweezers.
A printed card explains what to do at the first hot spot, which is the time to stop and tape it. Everything sits in a zipped pouch 11cm long that weighs 62g.

Saved my heels on the Two Moors Way
Used most of it by day three of the Two Moors Way. The hydrocolloid plasters stayed on for two days each. Worth carrying a few spares.
