About this product
Fill it at breakfast and the tea is still above 70°C twelve hours later, and above 55°C after a full day and night. The Lonning holds a litre, about four mugs, and the lid is a 250ml cup.
The pour-through stopper lets you pour with a half turn, so less heat escapes on a cold top. Double-wall 18/8 steel with a powder-coated outside takes knocks against stiles and gateposts. Every repair bench keeps spare stoppers and seals.

Materials

Care
Hand wash only. Fill it with boiling water for five minutes before adding tea and it stays hotter for longer.

Great flask, stiff stopper
Keeps tea properly hot all day on Dartmoor. The stopper was stiff for the first month and my mum struggled to turn it. It has eased up now.

Still hot on Kinder at three
Filled it at 8am and the coffee was hot enough to be careful with on Kinder Scout at three in the afternoon. It's heavy, and I don't care.
