About this product
Greywether have made the Sarsen for twelve years and changed very little. It is 100% merino at 200g/m², knitted from 17.5 micron wool that feels soft on bare skin, with flatlock seams and a slightly longer back.
Merino stays warm when it is damp with sweat and holds off smells for days. You will see plenty of them on the Pennine Way. Wash it at 30°C and dry it flat and it will last several seasons.

Warm and not itchy
I gave up on wool years ago because it itched. This doesn't. Warm under a shell on the moors in January.

Holes after a year
Love wearing it, but small holes appeared at the hip where my pack belt rubs after about a year. Pure merino is softer than it is tough.
